The Spring Gathering of the Wisconsin Green Party was held at Madison in the Civic Center. The Lavender Green Caucus Flag shared the registration table. During the Gathering the Lavender Green Caucus chose one delegate to the National Green Party convention which took place in Milwaukee in June, 2004.
